Accessibility
Built to be usable by everyone.
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the basis of Israeli Standard 5568. It is a small, hand-built site, and I keep it that way on purpose.
What is in place
- Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, and a skip link to the main content.
- Everything works from the keyboard: visible focus, Escape closes the video player, and focus stays inside it while it is open.
- Text alternatives for every image. Preview loops are silent and decorative, with the title and client written next to them.
- Text contrast above the 4.5:1 ratio throughout, including on dark video surfaces.
- Nothing plays with sound until you turn it on. If your system asks for reduced motion, animations stop and preview loops stay still; on case pages every loop has a play/pause button.
- The layout adapts from small phones to large screens, and text can be enlarged without loss of content.
- No time limits, no flashing content, no pop-ups.
Known limits
The full films are commercial work delivered to clients and play in the Cloudflare Stream player. Not all of them carry captions.
